  • Each curriculum is designed for 2 or 3 classes per week each lasting 1 hour
  • Includes 16 sessions with a team and professional equipment.
  • Students from elementary to middle school will participate in different age appropriate contests (Arts, Lyrics, Music Video, etc.) that will culminate in a district wide Empowerment Night at the end of the school year

    Suggested Activities from StopBullying.gov:

    Schools don’t always need formal programs to help students learn about bullying prevention. Schools can incorporate the topic of bullying prevention in lessons & activities. Examples of activities to teach about bullying include:

    •   Internet or library research, such as looking up types of bullying, how to prevent it, and how kids should respond
    •   Presentations, such as a speech or role-play on stopping bullying
    •   Discussions about topics like reporting bullying
    • Creative writing, such as a poem speaking out against bullying or a story or skit teaching bystanders how to help
